Established in 2003 by Director Mick Tully with a small workforce of 12 people, the business now operates out of purpose-built locations in Mount Isa, Townsville and Brisbane and employs 120+ experienced professionals, including engineers and trade personnel to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

As the leading provider of hydraulic, engineering and maintenance services in North Queensland and beyond, Cava Hydraulics & Engineering has over 60 years experience delivering project management and construction services through the management of mechanical, electrical an fixed plant services to mining and public sector.

Our team is proud to operate from three locations across Queensland and includes passionate machinery operators, hydraulic engineers and all the systems to manage your project, no matter how big or how small.

Managment

Our highly experienced management team has up to 35 years of trade, supervision and management experience with the construction and mining industries. Our team has extensive shutdown experience, as well as steel, mechanical and electrical installation knowledge. We also have S1, S2 and S3 qualifications. Additionally, some of our team members are qualified in project management and workplace health and safety.
